Increased Efficiency and Reduced Operating Costs
The combination of the impeller inlet cover and the impeller intake bell, with a concentric radius of “r,” along with the airfoil-shaped blades, is the key to improving fan efficiency. In 2002, with the technical support from a renowned Japanese fan manufacturer, our company enhanced its fan manufacturing capabilities and quality management to meet the requirements of modern development.
Our industrial fans have an efficiency 5% to 15% higher than other comparable brands, resulting in significant cost savings in operating expenses. Please refer to the sample calculation table below for cost savings based on the following assumptions: (1) Electricity cost per kWh: 2.2 yuan, (2) Motor efficiency (EE): 93%, and (3) Daily 24-hour operation with static pressure efficiencies (SE) of 76.1%, 65.8%, 59.8%, 54.8%, and 52.9%.
